Story Behind the Art:
As an artist, Rita Addo Zakour proudly includes African themes into her designs. 'Having a passion for creating more designs inspires me, and I have taught this art to a number of people. The basic materials I use are sese wood and aluminum sheets. My favorite things in life are cooking and being with my family. I dream that we'll one day have enough so I can also give back to others.' I am hardworking, loyal, organized and religious person, and I believe my friends or family would say the same about me. I live by this philosophy, to focus on the positive, not on the negative, and to never give up.
