Very beautiful planter, well made, bright colors, good value. I had a drainage hole drilled into it. I am very pleased with my purchase, bought more.
The planter itself looks nice, but it is very difficult to find a stand as shown in the pic. It did not come wrapped in a bag, so a lot of the styrofoam bits are attached to it. The bottom is rough, so it has to be set on something other than the floor. It scraped my hardwood floor after I took it out of the box.
This is a gorgeous piece! I purchased two of these in different sizes to hold large plants. They are a heavy porcelain, painted with beautiful detail. They really make a statement beyond the plant that they hold!
So love it in person. Way better than the pictures. I plan to get another one. It all goes well with all my blue and white that have in my home. I would recommend it that are looking for a beautiful planter.
If you need a large hand painted porcelain bowl for your home, you should check out this one. The painting on the bowl depicts rural Chinese motifs and landscapes. It is also available in other colors and patterns than this one in blue. I purchased it as the centerpiece for a table in my foyer and it was perfect. I especially like the available matching stand, which was also a good value. I recommend this porcelain bowl if you need such a piece.
I looked at my local decor shop for a container for a potted palm plant, and could not find anything except outdoor pots. Found this lovely decorated container which looks perfect in my home. The white is not a pure white, but it's good enough against the blues. I receive many compliments on it. I would recommend this for anyone looking to dress up a houseplant.
I LOVE these planters. They aren't cheap, but I think they are worth every cent. Even my husband likes it, and he doesn't are for plants!
