This hand-crafted item and many others come from a third generation family run workshop in mainland China. Their skills of hand-painting, hand-rubbed lacquering and hand-tooling have been passed down for many generations. We are proud to support them in their quest to keep their age-old techniques alive for future generations. Many of the artists are hired out of semi-retirement to work from home training the next generation to become master craftsmen. These masters are highly respected in their craft and their culture which have survived through many Chinese dynasties and continue to produce valuable and desirable pieces for your home decor.

This was the perfect vase, except it arrived broken. The packing was not good at all. I received a credit and was very happy with the return process. I'm sure it was beautiful and it would have worked perfectly.

I needed to replace a flower vase in my foyer. I found this one and it is beautiful. The right size (tall) and wide mouth to accommodate the arrangement.

I really love my new vase. The first shipment came broken and the second shipment was the wrong vase but after a few back and forth with costumer service, they made everything right. The size is perfect. Just what I was looking for!
This vase is beautiful and just what I wanted. However, there was a part on the main body of the vase that was missing about a 1/4" oval of paint. Since the vase was black, I filled it in with an idelible ink marker and faced that part to the back. I also colored in the bottom of the vase with the marker since there was no paint there either.
This is a gorgeous vase. I have it on my mantle holding white silk flowers and it looks very elegant. I really enjoy the look and shine of it. Sets everything else on the mantle off nicely.
