The sanction on Iranian imports created an opportunity for weavers in India to reproduce the original designs. For instance, this rug's design is Kashan from Persian influence, yet made by village weavers in Jaipur, India. Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, the size may vary from as advertised by 3-4 inches. Regular vaccumming and annual professional cleaning will keep your rug looking new for years to come.
