"Can a ottoman fit on top (square) and still have space around it or would I need a bigger size"
Very thick and colors are vivid - I was really surprised and very satisfied with this beautiful rug. It brought the colors out the kitchen and really made the hardwood floors pop. I would most certainly advise anyone to buy such a stunning rug from Overstock anytime.
