Love the rug. Hated the delivery service. Since this was an oversized item (9x13) Overstock used a 3rd party delivery service. They delayed my delivery for 4 days. They gave me a 5 hour window and didn't deliver on time...in fact it was 31/2 hours after the 5th hour! No call, no notification. Very frustrating as I had been on chat with Overstock about it 3X!
Nice pile and quality. The texture is really chunky and looks very durable. It's moderately soft. I put it at my front door for guests coming in as I think it will hold up well based on the material and how hardy it is.
Great quality; soft feel underfoot. Colors clear and bright but not garish. The size is just a tad under what I needed but I can make it work in another room- It's worth keeping.
I like this but the blue on the inner part of the rug turns out to be grayer than I anticipated. that's ok, I can put it in another room , it's still really pretty
BEAUTIFUL!!!! Colors were exactly as pictured. High quality, soft and plush. Looks fantastic in my family room. I definitely recommend this rug to someone interested.
Beautiful and subtle. 100% wool is what you should have in entryway because of its durability and stains vacuum up. This is definitely 100% wool. It is thick and soft because it is a hooked rug but not so thick that the door won't slide over it. I stated it is subtle because many images of rug show a soft subdued color but when you read reviews or see the detailed image of it, the rug is much brighter and bolder, however, this rug is not. It is true to the picture. It was not dirty. It did not leave dust. Very clean.
Carpet appears to be very good quality, but the colors are moocher muted in person and I did not like it at all. The carpet almost looks dirty because of the muted colors. I had ti return it but Overstock customer service was excellent.
Better thsn uou eould expect at an unbeatable price.
The rug in this picture is beautiful. It is not the same rug that I received. The colors were muted kind of like a mustard yellow-green. My girls laughed when I rolled it out. We all really wanted to like it and keep it, but just couldn't. It was seriously ugly. Customer Service was wonderful. They were very understanding and helpful. I sent the rug back and plan to buy another, but I will look for one with some reviews before I buy.
Very poor customer service regarding delivery. Did not inform it would take weeks. Will not buy from company again if it cannot be transparent as to delivery — no matter what the item.
