The Farahan villagers have been making rugs in this area for the last half of a century and are take pride in their workmanship and production of these authentic, timeless tribal rugs.

Regular vacuuming and professional cleaning will keep the rug looking new for years to come. The majority of the weavers are women who live in the villages of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India. By supporting these artisans, we are able to create more jobs for women in the community and help the local farmers through wool sales. Artisans also create natural and vegetable dyes for the weavers to use in their designs.
