These chairs look nice but the quality is terrible. I have to tighten the screws at least once a week and one of the chairs has lost a leg due to the screw being stripped. The chairs are big and bulky and difficult to move from under the kitchen table. I would not recommend these chairs.

  • No padding!
    Verified Purchase

Chair is poorly made. The seat has very little padding. When you sit in the chair you sink too far down. I would return it if I could now!

  • Finally

I was going for a different look other than your run of the mill dining room chair, mission accomplished. Unfortunately getting there was a journey. I ordered 4 of these chairs and 3 were fine, but it took 3 chances before I finally got a fourth that was built correctly. I have noticed that the makers of these chairs have updated the way the make them. One fo the chairs that I do have, isn't as great of a quality as the other 3 but after going through so much drama, to finally get a fourth I just let matters be. These are great looking chairs, very masculine metrosexual appeal. The charcoal look is great and I like the dull nailheads opposed to shiny ones. Seats are firm and comfortable, height is good. Looks smaller than normal dining chairs, because of the short legs, but the chair has more body. Seat height is about 18" high and regular dining chairs are about 19 inches high. Overall, I like the look and received quite a few compliments on the look of the chair.

  • Overall, about what I expected.
    Verified Purchase

Our chair arrived today and it is ultimately what I expected. ASSEMBLY: The assembly of the chair should have only took about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, one of the screws/bolts sent seemed to have a defect. Therfore, it took my burly husband a while to manually force the large bolt a half turn at a time (I despise hex key/allen wrench construction in tight spaces). CHAIR ITSELF: The seat part is quite squishy & comfortable. And the sides have a nice comforting feeling. It is just a small feature that helps detract from the lack of arms. The fabric ,shape & general design all looks nice. It seems like a comfortable and attractive piece. OVERALL IMPRESSION: We are using it as a desk chair in our living room, so I wish the nail head trim (especially in the back) was a bit more precise (I am quite OCD). However, those are small details that only OCD'ers would probably notice. Overall, it is pretty much what I expected. It is not a super expensive chair and it is not a super cheap, as the old adage says "You get what you pay for...." In this case, I believe that is befitting, I expected an average chair with average pros and average cons. And, I got just what I expected.

  • Great looking - a little unsturdy....
    Verified Purchase

The chair looks great after assembling. The dark gray color is awesome and it's comfortable to sit in. I like the dark silver button/detail work. Overall it "looks" like an expensive chair. However after putting it together, it's shaky - I feel like it's going to fall apart even though I went through and ensured all the screws were tight.
