I was happy with the quality of the fountain, and the ease of setup. But the light failed within a few weeks. I requested a replacement light one afternoon. The following morning I had a email stating that the light was being shipped, along with a tracking number. Customer service followed up to confirm the light was delivered and it worked.
We love it! We've been running it for about 6 months now and it Looks great and so far, works great too! Be aware…if installed outside, you need to add water to the reservoir every few days. Evaporation losses of 1/2 to 1 gallon per day. Also, on very windy days, the falling water blows and misses the reservoir. If winds are above about 15 mph, it'll run out of water. On such days I just unplug it until the wind dies down.
This is a really fun piece that people can't help but comment on. I wish the light was brighter as it doesn't show up well unless it's quite dark. It also cracked after being outside in the elements for over a year. That was in AZ though where summers are brutal.
We love this fountain and how it looks in the yard of our new house. The color and modern feel of it goes perfect with the modern/beachy vibe we are going for. It's really pretty at night too. The quality is better than expected and I like the spot on top to put flowers or a plant in. Would definitely recommend.
beautiful piece of fountain. I like it. this makes my backyard look modern. only small complaints is, I need 2 plug (one for motor and another for light), and one of them has big adapter, so normal outdoor outlet cannot hold both of them at the same time, so I had to purchase another outdoor outlet to run this thing.
Cool water fountain. Came with a chip but I did not feel like sending it back so I live with it.

Fountain arrived new, but with a leak coming from the base. I sealed it after purchase.
Bought the 40" fountain. Looks great and sounds great! Very easy to put together and seems well made. Has the look of concrete.
I really enjoy this fountain. It is quite large and beautifully designed. The sound is a pretty good, but a little echos a bit as it pours into the basin. I may put some rock in there to dampen the echo and create a bit of more of a tinkle sound. Otherwise, I am happy with it.
