I bought this chair in the green color for my home office. It was easy to assemble, very sturdy, and a beautiful Mid-Century modern piece. I will say that I was a bit surprised that the legs are not wood, they are metal with a wood grain "finish" (imagine they painted/wrapped it in some really unique wood grain look). I can't decide if I like that better than actual wood, but at least I know it's very sturdy. I was using a woven, rattan-like chair with no arm rests previously so this is a huge upgrade for my desk chair. The height is perfect, and it is very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The green is a beautiful chartreuse color, not too bright, not too dark, not too green, not too yellow. I immediately sprayed mine down with Scotchguard to keep it protected and it didn't alter the color at all. I'm really quite happy with this chair!
Table looks more pickled finish instead of white washed as in the pic as it has a green hue. It is very raw as I read in other reviews so I applied a matte finish clear polyurethane finish to the top only (2 coats). I used the *** brand with a wide brush and it went on very easily. It's beautiful and I'm very happy with it, easy to assemble with 2 people.
The finished product for this entertainment stand is perfect. It was just one of the most tedious RTA furniture pieces I have ever dealt with- and I have assembled dozens
