They came packaged very well in cardboard boxes and then the cushions were wrapped in padded wrapping. We ordered 4 chairs for our counter and they are the perfect height. They took only a few minutes each to put together, but there wasn't any instructions and not all of the pieces were all marked which made it a little more challenging to put the first one together. After the first one though, they were easy enough to assemble. They are sturdy and comfortable and also look very elegant. Like other reviewers said, the gray is darker than expected from the picture online, but I was hoping for darker rather than lighter coloring to hide any potential stains or spills! Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase!

I love these chairs. I was able to get the four chairs together in under an hour, the assembly was great. They look very high end, fabric is a bit more black than charcoal, but it looks beautiful. I do wish they sat maybe an inch or two higher, but I struggled finding chairs with this kind of design, so I'm still happy with the purchase.

We are getting ready to remodel our kitchen and we are putting in an oversized 12x3.5 island and I saw these wingback counter stools and I just loved them! They arrived quickly and once I followed directions carefully assembling the first chair it went rather quickly. However I had 6 to assemble and I took a break after a couple of chairs. Great fabric and nailhead design. We purchased the light gray, a bit darker in person then the picture but still perfect! They are comfortable and upscale and we are currently using them around our make shift plastic table island until our kitchen is complete but it already looks gorgeous! I highly recommend this product.

Poor Quality Control
These barstools look great, but the quality control is horrible. I would put the construction method at average for the price point, but had a horrible time trying to get them not to wobble. The frames were twisted or warped to the point that one leg would be about 3/4" shorter than the others. I tried every trick in an effort to fix it without any luck. Some were ok, but they came in boxes if two so if one was bad, you had to return both. I kept the good ones from different boxes and returned the bad ones for replacements. When the replacements had the same issue, I returned all of them. Good looking, but not worth the hassle.

These chairs are beautiful! They look amazing with my table. They were pretty easy to assemble. Took me 15-20 minutes to assemble each chair and I orders 6. They are also VERY comfortable. Great buy.

Color and quality
The color of the chairs were definitely what I was looking for. The color in the online picture does not do them justice. They are a deep Navy Blue and I did like the rustic look of the legs. I bought 2 sets that go beautifully with white and gray marble counter top. So far so good, they have a little weight to them and seem to be of a sturdy quality. Only time will tell how well they will hold up.

Great counter stools. Love the color. Easy install, instructions were easy to follow. Love the look and feel of the chairs. Legs are a dark wood color.
