However, I did not anticipate chairs had to be assembled and that was quite challenging .
These chairs are high quality and study. Also, SUPER easy to put together. My husband and I put together 8 of them in about 4 hours. Most of that time was getting the chairs out of the packaging (lots of cardboard/Styrofoam). Actually assembly was very quick and simple instructions. The chairs look great in my dining room. The seat part is quite large and comfy. The back is slightly tilted back (as pictured) but doesn't rock back.

Very nice dining chairs. Very solid and easy to put together. They were packed with care and arrived in excellent condition. I bought them to go with a cherry table and they look great. I bought 6 chairs and they still look great after a couple of years and holding up nicely.

I bought this set a few years ago and have been very happy with my purchase. They are holding up wonderfully. They still look fantastic. They are heavy and very sturdy. So many of my previous chairs didn't hold up well but these are doing great.
These chairs are well crafted and very Sturdy. I bought four of them and two arms chairs to make a complete set for my dining room table that I already had. I Love this item! Ms. Kennedy
These chairs are very good quality. They were shipped fast. There is a process to put these together so they do not wobble. During assembly, do not tighten all of the screws. Place the chair as it will be used (flat, solid surface) and then tighten the screws. The chairs I bought did not wobble. One of the seats had a tear in it (see picture). I was a bit disappointed, but was curious to see how Overstock would handle this as this was my first order with them. My call was answered in less than a minute, and the person who helped me, Ames,was very helpful and professional. He pulled my order up, verified the part number, and sent the request for a new seat from the manufacturer, all in less than 5 minutes. This is top-notch service. I rarely give 5 star reviews but Overstock deserved it on this one.
Just received and set up the chairs, It's match like online and comfortable Shipping fast and very careful, but One of chair corner small damaged.
They are exactly what is pictured. The cherry is beautiful. The seats are soft and comfortable.
