We put the bunk bed up this weekend for our 5 and 3 year old. I really like the metal set up and feels very sturdy and should handle 2 boys on it. We're happy with our purchase and would recommend. The only reason I'm taking 1 star off is the bottom bunk doesn't have a lot of space and would be a little small/tight for it to be comfortable with a child above 5 or 6 years old as they could potentially hit their head easily. It is a little shorter in height than most traditional bunk beds but minimizes the risk of a serious injury from falling off the top bed.
We just purchased this bed in the white/full size version for our 4 and 6 year old. It is the perfect height for their age, and is very sturdy! So happy with this bunk bed
