The flanges contain two display screws and two real to minimize mounting time. The difference is four total holes in the wall verses eight. If extra stability is needed, the display screws can be removed and then screwed fully into the wall. Use the open shelves to store everything from folded clothes, toiletries, spices, books, and art.
