I bought this to use as a seating option in my apartment living room until I found the desired sofa/chair arrangement I was looking for. I thought that I would be able use it in another room after I did purchase a sofa. The product page states that this product CAN'T BE RETURNED ONCE BOX IS OPENED (important to note) -- once the shipment arrived, it was obvious why. This XXLarge Lounge Chair was compressed into a 24", 70lb cube! After (finally) getting it inside, it took me about 1.5 hours to fully unpack it. This involved rolling the cube around the room, kicking, punching, pulling...whatever it took to get the compressed foam to expand. It was a gym-free workout. However, the chemical smell that came from this thing was awful. It made me sick for several days -- terrible headaches -- until the smell finally went away. The first few days, I did find it comfortable to sit on...it was cozy. However, it quickly became hard and lumpy requiring "re-fluffing" to make it tolerable. The foam seemed to separate and I would sink when sitting on it, nearly being on the floor (I'm "average"...5'10", 135lbs). I have back problems and while I initially thought the foam would provide support (like a memory foam mattress pad), this made my back much worse. Despite the product description and photos, I can't see how this would seat more than one adult "comfortably" -- a couple of children, sure. But not adults. When I finally did bring in a sofa, I tried to move this down the hall to another room, thinking since I spent the money on it I would keep it. However, it was so cumbersome that it got STUCK in the hallway and I actually had to crawl over it for several days until someone was able to help me get it out. I had to get rid of it. I offered it (for free) to several people, but no one wanted it. So I took it to Goodwill and they took it...because they said they could recycle the foam! Conclusion: save your money, don't buy this product. There are several other types of lounge chairs or bean-bag chairs available on Overstock that have to be better than this.
