    Ordered this to send a little holiday cheer to our 90 year old grandfather. It was ordered on Dec. 3rd, shipped on Dec. 4 and received on Dec. 12... Eight days later. Chatted with Overstock rep to let them know it was alf dead when they got it with two broken candlesticks. She blamed USPS and was making a claim with the post office. I told her not to as its not USPS's fault that the thing died in transit. It was obviously not in good condition when they shipped it if it allegedly can be in transit up to 10 business days and still be fresh. I asked her to instead alert the company that it was on its last leg when it got there. Ticks me off that she wanted to blame USPS because te packaging wasn't busted. They certainly make lots of mistakes with deliveries, but this time it wasn't on them and the company that claims to send these arrangements fresh needs to be accountable and step up and fix the problem. Asked if a true fresh one could be sent and was told that item is now out of stock. This s the first time Overstock let me down. Very disappointed.
