Got these to replace another brand of Laguiole knives. These were cheap and flimsy in comparison, and I ended up returning them.
Who knew knives could be such a fun topic of conversation! We had a "Pride Dinner" and used these amazing knives and everyone was asking where I got them. They not only look great, but work great, as well! I chose to hand-wash them rather than put them in the dishwasher, but I believe they're dishwasher safe. Love these knives; I've bought a few sets at this point. Great pop of color for the table. Sharp, serrated blades are good for cutting tougher vegetables too. Try to hand wash them as much as possible to keep the colors vibrant.
