Nice cabinet 5-6 hr assembly by 1 person

Overall this looks good and I like the different options you can arrange inside for shelves. It comes in two very heavy boxes. I am used to dragging/flipping large boxes into my house but these were a real struggle- heavier than most. Assembly- I put this together on my own as a 115 lb 5.5 30-40 yr old woman. It is doable but not easy. I have a good power drills and drill bits and experience putting together other furniture. The pre-drilled holes were good. The wood piece veneer is thin though and does peel/crack easily. Took about 5-6 hrs. Start with reading instructions and unboxing and lining everything up. Break down the box to use as a mat for your assembly. Use the styrofoam to do some of the smaller assembly so you can slide it around. At one point you will need to insert pieces using wood pegs (followed by screws) to create the base boxes. This is very hard to line up as 1 person- it is heavy and wobbly- you will need to be clever and add some cardboard or other lift to help. The other very vexing piece is the back of the cabinet has 3 sheets of a thin board with 43 screws. You have to get the 3 sheets lined up and then add the 43 screws which have pre drilled holes in the sheets but not the base. This is very tedious. You assemble it facing flat down so you will towards the end (step 17 of 25) need to stand it up. This is where assembling it on the cardboard will serve you. If you are careful where you grab it and keep shifting your grip- you can stand it up on your own but it is not full stable so careful for your own safety and also not to break the cabinet. You should purchase 4 furniture sliders to slip under each leg once erected so you can then slide it. Again it's heavy so you will use both hands to raise each leg and use your foot to slide the slider under the leg. So 5-6 hrs and a pretty nice cabinet.
