Most of the pictures of this vintage art for sale are framed posters. I love that this one came on a painter's canvas so no glare. Could have it framed if you want at a local frame shop. The only negative for me was that the color red was too orange. So I spent two hours repainting all the orange/red to my liking and it turned out GREAT! (another plus for the canvas - you couldn't do that with a poster) It was a labor of love. I felt my touch up painting was minor for acquiring a picture well worth the money and look.
Colors are vibrant and exactly like my computer monitor shows them, understanding that everyone's monitors have slight differences. The one thing I was not expecting is that the canvas wrapped painting attached on top of the frame, so there is a really cool "layer" thing going on! The colors are a strong red at the top, variations of oranges and golds, the water has a dark blue, with variation of a slightly turquoise blue and then lighter blues. This turned out to be such an amazing buy and totally lights up our office client interview room. Pay attention to the dimension as it is a large art, which in our case was perfect! FYI on the opposite wall I paired Adam Schwoeppe "Moose landscape" Metal Art with Celeste Reiter "Cozy" Contemporary Painting Giclee on Metal which picked up the colors in the 'Forest in Orange" and it is stunning!!!
