It is very hard to get creases out of rug from shipping
It is very hard to get creases out of rug since it arrives folded in a box.

It is very hard to get creases out of rug since it arrives folded in a box.
The way it is folded and squished causes the creases to not go away and discoloration (lighter) at the creases. The green rug that was ordered was not dark like the picture. Had to return. Shipping was 1/2 the cost.
I think the rug would be nice, but it was folded like a 12 X12 when it arrived and those lines will not come out.
The rug arrived in a timely manner and was recieved as advertised. Very well made product and attractive.
