At about 30 feet away this looks great. My concern is whether it will fade, and I won't b e able to answer that for a year after being in the sun. But for an effective screen, I attached it to a wire fence, it works very well.
These are really nice and better quality compared to others that we have used in the past. They block out more vision to give us privacy in our yard and they look great. We have had a lot of compliments on how good they look; thus, we plan to replace the rest of the yard with more of them soon. If put up properly they can withstand the Santa Ana winds that we get here which are pretty strong. I would highly recommend them, they seem like they will last for many years.
Everything about this is how it is shown. You can see bits of wall through the leaves if you hang on wall - this is how ivy is in real life. It's very sturdy and shouldn't have any problems keeping it looking good. The leaves are silk like so when you hang it, then you could turn all the leaves. It's a darker green. So I used it on a wall and did a wood frame around it to keep it secure - the only thing is, that it's kinda dark and the wall is dark. Could solve this be having some overhead lighting - which is what we are doing. I needed a lighter green selection. I would call and just check with them that the leaves are weatherproof and won't blow off. It seems that they are secured well, I'd just want to know if anyone had problems. Make sure this is something you want because I've been doing curls to strengthen my arms to roll this up tight enough to fit back in the box. ha.
