There's a lot of positives for this faucet. The unit is beautiful, the black and stainless combo is stunning. The materials are very high quality, nice and heavy and very solid. Installation is straight foreword. It's a good faucet, especially for the price. It has drawbacks though. Where the silver neck rises from the black fitting that attaches to the countertop, it fits loosely so it wiggles and rocks, and it's in a place where tightening the fittings doesn't matter, it just is what it is. For someone very particular like myself, that drives me crazy. Also the hose is nylon, so it frays, and we're the nylon exits the spring eventually attaching to the sprayer head, the friction of pulling the sprayer in and out will wear out the hose. The sprayer head sits lower to the sink than you would expect with only about a 4" clearance, so despite the size of the unit, it's not very high. I don't regret the purchase, but I wish such a solid unit wouldn't sit so loose at the pre assembled areas. That is huge issue that will always bug me. But again, for the price and what you actually get, it's a good buy. I see a lot of quality issues that I can't speak to as its only a couple weeks old and everything still works. We will see in the long run. In the end, it's looks so great and functions good enough, it was an ok buy.... You get what you pay for.
Loving it and the look. Had to buy a better sink, like I minded. This only sits well on the thicker better quality sinks and I have been wanting a single basin sink for years. Now I have the excuse to upgrade. It will wobble on the cheaper sinks. Wish it had more water pressure though. And it said you have to have 3.5 inch clearance from the wall which I do but you also need 3.5 inch height clearance on that wall. I have a ledge the was shorter than I needed so we put the lever in the front of the faucet. I love the look and it works great. Quality piece of work. Solid metal everywhere and no plastic parts to be seen. I didn't want a faucet that had the hose hidden in the arm (neck) where you would have to pull it out and use the sprayer then push it back into the arm (neck) of the faucet. This was all I could find and for months I kept looking and always came back to this. Price is right too. If this is the look you want then this is the place to buy it.
Just installed my new granite countertops this week and designer sink. Having a faucet that only used one hole is so great as you don't have to have that plate to cover up all the other holes. It was either deeply discounted or on clearance and I would recommend highly. I have done my due diligence and put it thru it's paces this week to see if the counterweight for the pull down nozzle would retract properly, how the water pressure is (OMG) blew the food off the dishes, etc. Very pleased with performance and appearance.
Decent quality and a reasonable value for the price. Not quite what I was expecting since the spout hangs lower than I wanted. I was looking for a faucet with a higher clearance for larger pots. Still, not a bad product.
