1. Pull-Down Screen Model (Aluminum Frame)

(Included with Size + Pull-Down options — e.g. 10'x20' Pull Down)

• Features vertical screen panels that lower or raise easily with a hand crank. 
• Provides enhanced sun protection and privacy with a clean, uniform look when fully extended. 
• Reinforced PVC-aluminum guide rails are tested for wind resistance up to 80 MPH.

2. Electric & LED Screen Model (Aluminum Frame)

(Included with Size + Electric & LED options — e.g. 10'x20' Electric & LED)

• An upgraded motorized screen system with remote control operation. 
• Includes adjustable “starry sky” LED lighting for a warm, inviting evening atmosphere. 
• Solar‑compatible option available for energy‑efficient, remote‑controlled screens and louvers.

3. Classic Open Model

(Included with size-only options — available in two frame configurations depending on size)

• A streamlined option featuring the same adjustable louvered roof and integrated gutter system.

For 10'x10' and 10'x12' Size Option:

• Powder-coated steel frame — ideal for those who prefer an open-air feel or plan to customize their own side solutions. (Note: Side curtains and screens are not included with these sizes.)

For 10'x20' / 12'x12' / 12'x20' / 12'x24' Size Option:

• Aluminum‑steel hybrid frame with included privacy curtains and mosquito netting — offering added flexibility and protection right out of the box.

Premium Louvered Pergola – Adjustable Roof, Built to Last

• Enjoy the perfect balance of sun, shade, and shelter with this modern adjustable louvered pergola. Two independently adjustable roof sections rotate from 0° to 90°, giving you flexible control over sunlight and airflow. Open the louvers for sunshine or evening stargazing, then close them when the weather shifts to keep your gathering going.

• The integrated drainage system channels rainwater through concealed roof gutters and down the posts to help keep the space below dry during light to moderate rainfall. Anchored securely, it withstands wind speeds up to 40 mph and supports a snow load of up to 8.2 lb/ft². In snowy conditions, simply open the louvers to allow snow to slide off and reduce buildup for dependable year-round use.
