Very disappointed!
Terrible experience with these valances. I bought 4 panels to cover my large living room window. As I pulled them from the packaging, strings were falling in the floor. I placed them in my dryer for a few minutes just to remove any winkles. When I opened the dryer door, there were strings all over the door, all inside the dryer, and clinging all over the valances and curtain panels. I couldn't really even read the "care instructions," which said machine wash and tumble dry due to all the loose strings on the label. About half of the little tassels had apparently come untied and the strings were everywhere. I'm sure they would have replaced them for me, but the replacements would have done the same thing. My husband suggested just cutting the tassels off, which is what we ended up doing rather than wasting my time returning them for replacement. It is a shame because these seem like really nice curtains, both panels and valances, but I'm very disappointed with the workmanship.
