Both of my chairs had black oil and black powder coming from the metal swivel area with a hole. Additionally, the screws at the bottom metal swivel area keep dislodging and needs to be placed over and over again.
Had an issue that the chair arrived with broken arm and missing screw set, but BBB replaced it thankfully! The chair is sturdy and elegant. Beautiful in colour and durability. Have easily gotten kids stains off it with dawn soap. It's firm so can get a bit uncomfortable after some time. But great for sitting for guests. Great for the price!
This chair is the perfect choice to pull together a variety of styles within 1 space. The swivel is smooth and workmanship is very good. It's not a snuggle chair however it's the perfect guest or tv chair!
Really impressed with this chair. It's even better in person. And very easy to build.
I chose linen and walnut and I couldn't be happier with that choice. It goes well with my decor. Needed to use a little muscle to put the arms on. Other than that it's great. I would definitely recommend it.
This accent chair is perfection! I love the colors and it swivels so smooth. Great quality. Looks very modern in my living room.
First off nice piece of furniture, I would paid double this price if I'd seen it in person. High quality, great linon fabric & pretty comfortable. But the appearance & size couldn't be any better. I love this chair & if I had room I'd get another.
It gives very contemporary look and sturdy.
It was pretty simple to put together. It is smaller than expected but blends in well with our low profile leather sofa. We just got into not sure about durability yet but plan to purchase another.
Love this chair! Comfortable for o sit on and easy to assemble. Very good quality! Satisfied customer!
