Overall, these are decent barstools. Comfortable and reasonably sturdy. They're a bit on the short side for counter height - another inch would be nice. Also, if you're ordering the antique white, be aware that it has a grayish tone to it. We do have one major complaint, though: they are memory swivel, meaning the swivel returns to center if you're not forcibly keeping it swiveled. If you can't swivel your chair and have it stay that way without using your legs to keep it there, what's the point of swiveling? But nowhere in the description or specs for the stools does it say that it's a memory swivel. In fact, in one of the pictures, it shows the seat holding a swiveled position with no weight on it, which is entirely misleading. When I called to say that the website was inaccurate and so we would like to return the stools, the CSR told us it was still going to cost over $100 to return them. So instead, we ended up buying a non-returning swivel plate for each chair for $20 a pop on a different website, and installing those ourselves. These barstools are already quite expensive for what they are, so spending another $20 per chair was frustrating. The customer service was also frustrating.

I love them! Very heavy, sturdy chairs! They match my kitchen just perfect. The double X on back goes great with my pantry barn door. I ordered antique white which has a grayish look I would say but matched for me. The swivel is tight but doesn’t bother me. Cushioned seats are very comfortable & very nice material. The cushion hangs over like an 1-1.5 inches from the board which is great bc my other bar stools didn’t & I could feel the board underneath on back of legs after I sat on them few mins & it would make mark on leg & also hurt. Would definitely recommend. My hubby put them together for me, he said they were a B word lol to do bc of small tools that came with them but he got his toolbox. Again, I love them!

I bought 5 of these for my island! I get so many compliments! Beautiful color, very sturdy, comfortable, and love that they swivel. Not hard to assemble, with every chair it got easier and easier. Don’t hesitate to buy these, you won’t be disappointed!
