I just put it together first time using it it was Money well spent as far as I can tell.im 5'3 it fits me great it's not for a tall person came fast
This item is not true to color as advertised. In the online photo it is a blush beige, in real life it is more milk chocolate brown. I did return this item for this reason. I also thought it had a rocking function but this particular chair only has power lift, recline and heat/massage functions.
Chair nit connected the plugs are not male and female. The plugs need switching they are reverse
It came in three boxes. Easy enough for me but maybe too heavy for most one person lift. Also found it easier to put the arms on with the help of a couple of hands squishing the cushion…you will understand when you buy. But is easy. My father loves it…. For the price you cannot find anything comparable with the loaded options.
Very soft which allows you to literally feel the massage components. The head or top of chair is too short. If it were more sturdy and had more firmness to it then it would be a better made chair. I wouldn't recommend to family or friends.
I would not recommend this chair-reason is I had to have it repaired. I did receive a call from customer service, and they refunded me the cost, I could have sent it back, but my husband really needed the chair. The chair is comfortable and worth the money. I suggest adding a cover to keep the chair clean.
I am elderly and handicapped so things aren't easy. I ordered a new electric recliner chair with heat and massage for my achy bones and looked forward to receiving it. It came but had been damaged so I contacted the Customer Service help line. The associate was friendly and informative and handled my problem immediately. This is why I continue to purchase many items from Overstock> Never a hassle! Thank you!
Delivery was pushed back on all three boxes, but we eventually got them : ) Assembly was easy (fyi, instructions are tucked in the pocket of the arm...) but, make sure your patience are intact before beginning the process. Husband loves his chair. Firm seating, yet comfortable and easy to use.
My father loves this chair! This chair exceeded our expectations. The lift function advances to a greater height than other chairs I have seen, it reclines to a sleep position, and the massage and heat functions are added bonuses. Great buy and worth the price!
This is terribly uncomfortable. The massage mechanics are directly under the seat with very little cushion, so you are sitting on hard pieces. There is a picture below of one mechanical piece directly under the seat. It is like sitting on a baseball, and there are at least two of those close to the surface of the seat. I tried to return it based on how uncomfortable it is and Overstock's customer support was terrible. I do not recommend and will not order anything from Overstock again.
