Kindly note that the TV cabinet and fireplace are shipped in two separate packages, so they may arrive on different days.This is perfectly normal, so there's no need to worry.

The TV cabinet features a brown protective cover. If it is damaged, there's no need to worry, as the cover damage won't affect installation. You can inspect the interior accessories for any potential damage.

The air outlet of the fireplace is in the middle, and the rest are air inlets. Reminder: Do not put obstructions on the air outlet. The ETL-certified fireplace has a thermal cut-off that automatically stops heating when overheated.
