Bought these in December and had issues with shipping from the get go! Finally received almost 3+ weeks later. Then 5 months later one of the chairs stopped reclining totally. BBB wouldn't help us at all. Since we didn't buy a warranty we were out of luck. Buyer beware!!
the two boxes came with no damage, after we started the set up we noticed the male plug that went to the controler was bent. we spent about an hour to straighten the plug to fit into its mate. it seems this needs to be addressed as you may not have buyers as handy as we are. i believe the chair will suit my needs for years to come, and was very price competitive
The chair is very comfortable; however, it would be better with a higher back to allow a firm headrest. I really like the massage and heat and know that it'll be comfortable to sleep in when I can't get to sleep in my bed. Overall, although I really like the chair, I think I paid too much for it, especially when I noticed that, at the present time, it has a price of a bit over $* while I paid over $*. I wish I could recover that $*.
Beautiful lift recliner! Fabric is good Quality and durable! Bought this for my husband because he is paralyzed and can't get in and out of the chair by himself this chair helps me to navigate him in and out of the chair!
LOVE THE CHAIR, SO VERY COMFY!!! COLOR MATCHES PERFECT. THERE ARE DAYS WHEN THE POWER LIFT ARE APPRECIATED, THE OLDER I GET, THE MORE I NEED.
The chair was a little smaller then I thought it was going to be. Comfortable sitting, like that the motor is quite. Haven't had it very long yet, but so far I love it.
I bought this chair for a friend. It was comfortable enough but it wasn't wide enough.
Just arrived today. Mostly easy to put together…everything works well. Chair is comfortable and heat and vibration work well comparatively to other chairs I have tried. Only had a few hours but happy so far. Also, only ordered a few days ago and it arrived already!!
One year later - chair still works but makes an awful clicking sound when lifting and lowering. Dad is mostly deaf so it doesnt bother him but it is so loud we can hear it from upstairs and across the house. Not pleased for an $* chair. Sooooo comfortable! It is perfect! Bought it for my dad for Christmas and most days I find him napping in it. It was easy to put together. The instructions were very clear. I would definitely buy this again!
awsome lift chairs,we got two and absolutely love them and assembly was easy, thanks overstock
