  • Nice for price
    Verified Purchase

These are great umbrellas especially for the price but I have already had one break from the wind. All the joints in between the strong metal are composed of cheap plastic.

  • DO NOT PURCHASE, LOW QUALITY
    Verified Purchase

I bought this in summer of 2014, used it in 2014 a few times and this year 2015 used it again but it broke. The string system is no longer working and does not lock anymore so I cannot have the umbrella open any more. In addition, these guys only offer a 3 month warranty. On top of that, the umbrella cannot be repaired. There are no bolts or screws that one can taken out to attempt repairing it. DO NOT PURCHASE!

  • Ok for price
    Verified Purchase

The price is really good but the umbrella canopy is not high enough. Every time I want to close the canopy I would have to move it out of the way of the patio dining set otherwise the canopy hits the patio dining table and the crank gets stuck. Also, the canopy does not secure well on the lever of the stand and keeps falling down. Should be an easy fix but is still a flaw in design.

  • Good buy

I was hosting a Cul-de-Sac party and i needed cover for the 90 degrees temperature we have over the weekend. My neighbors helped me put this together in about 40 minutes or so. This Umbralla is "the it!" Plenty of shade, it can tilt and all, covers a big area, can be anchored to the deck, good stuff! My neighbors went crazy to say the least. The only thing is you need a tall person not a petite midget like me to open and close it lol, and a person with more than average IQ. I will recommend to my family and friends. Now I just want to host everyone I know just to show off :)

  • This is one big Patio Umbrella!
    Verified Purchase

We placed this umbrella on our wooden boat dock. At 11.5 feet, it is one big umbrella. Works perfectly for our needs. Here are the details... Pros: 1) Very, very easy to read and understand instructions. Fast assembly. Like that a lot. 2) Great size. Covers our outside furniture completely. 3) It is hard to secure it close to anything because it extends for such a long distance but, with the 360 degree swivel, this becomes a moot point. Great functionality. 4) Pretty lightweight for an umbrella this size. That could be good or bad. For us it was good. Had to carry it to the back of our house. 5) Appears to be built solidly, but only time will tell. We installed this guy about a week ago. 6) The mocha is a very rich and attractive color. Just hope it does not fade much. Cons: 1) This unit was placed on a wooden deck so we used very long screws (not provided) and fastened it to our wooden dock. We also added one extra hole in each of the metal legs for better security. This baby is very top heavy. Would be hard pressed to secure it any other way. 2) Unfortunately, the umbrella has a tendency to slip down the pole because the notched teeth are too shallow and it slips all the time. We will have to bungee it once in place to keep it from slipping all the way down. Not a huge deal but could be easily designed a bit better. Well that is all I have for this product for now. If we had to do it all over, we would buy it again, for sure, at this point. .

  • Stand Doesn't Support Umbrella
    Verified Purchase

Very nice canopy umbrella. Great size. You will need to install sandbags at base, however, because stand does not support umbrella (wind or no wind).
