Ordered 2 navy. Came in separately by U PS. Second shipment box was severely damaged and we figured we would have to return but turned out to be adequately packed and there was no damage to the chair at all. We are very pleased with these chairs.
Chair is justbyhe right size for a women. The leather is very nice. My only complaint is the chargers are very slow.
When I purchased this chair in cream 3 months ago, there weren't any reviews posted here and, as I write this, there are 4 reviews now. Here are my thoughts: The bottom line is this chair is very much worth getting! I'd never purchased furniture sight unseen like this before and I took a gamble because the price here for what you appear to get was really good. The chair arrives unassembled but well-packed in a box that fits through a hallway and a standard interior door. Assembly was straightforward, quick, and requires no tools; the parts are designed to slide together and lock once in place. The assembled furniture exceeded my expectations: The leather has a nice pebble texture to it, has consistent dyeing and appearance, and feels durable. The stitching is great with no apparent mistakes or frayed ends. The "snap-together" seats are stable, creak-free, and solid feeling when sat in. These seats are also very comfortable. I have lower back issues and many seats/couches will leave me sore after an hour or so of sitting in them, but not this chair. The power recline/footrest and headrest system works quickly and relatively quietly and allows everyone in the house to find a comfortable seating position. The control panel on the outer side of the right armrest is easy to find and use, with separate buttons for recline/footrest, headrest, and "home position". The one nitpick I have with this seat is that the metal control buttons have a bit of play in them (maybe a stiffer return spring would cure it?) that doesn't affect operation but makes the controls feel just a bit cheap. It's a small thing, though, compared to how nice the furniture is overall. The control section also has a USB-A power port. The front of each armrest tilts forward to reveal cupholders that are concealed when not needed. The cup holders aren't Big Gulp friendly, but work for glass tumblers, bottles, and cans just fine. As I mentioned at the beginning, I purchased this chair in cream and it's a fantastic color, but I suspect the other colors pictured would be just as nice in person; the cream color in the photos is what I see in person. At the time that I purchased this chair, I also purchased the Hadlee loveseat/console on this site. The Hadlee-branded chair wasn't in stock at the time, so I purchased this one hoping they'd match. Good news: The color and leather texture is an exact match and the styling is so close that I'm pretty sure I'm the only one in the house that notices a slightly different seam location on the chair back. If you need to (or the price is better on one or the other), you can definitely mix and match this brand with the Hadlee seats on this site. One last note: I did a lot of research before buying this loveseat. I looked at many home furniture and home theater furniture websites and 2 local furniture stores. What I found is that many of the "different" brands sold at different stores are likely made by the same factory. This set, for instance, looks identical to one I saw in a home furniture store, but Bed Bath and Beyond had a much better price (the coupon works on this!). I'm really pleased with the quality of the furniture, the price, and the online buying/shipping experience. If you're on the fence about this one, I'd say go for it.
