Outstanding customer service dayof delivery
This took from March 28 to April29 to get delivered. Very slow delivery and I didn't get much help from Overstock to determine day of delivery. Finally two kind and wonderful delivery men Jose and Julio came with my mattress. They said I had white glove service and went about setting up mattress, they asked me where I wanted mattress left and I became very alarmed and I said my white glove service Included mattress removal. I said if I can't get removal I don't want mattress as that was the same thing I told both Overstock and delivery company two days ago when we confirmed delivery and removal. The men said the paperwork would not permit it. I said then I will call customer service and get fixed. I called *** and An outstanding compassionate customer service rep. *** answered. She agreed it wasn't on paperwork from Overstock. She tried calling many different numbers and departments trying to get help for me, rather than just telling me tough luck and telling me to contact someone else, she finally got her boss and they agreed to fulfill the delivery agreement I made earlier that week and told *** to remove mattress. The men were very patient in waiting for instruction. Andrea was patient and superior in handling of my delivery and I wish management would recognize her for her handling of my request. I would never had ordered a mattress without pick-up and remove old mattress as part of delivery. I am 68 years old and could never lift the mattress myself so I was diligent when ordering mattress that it included removal. I had canceled a delivery on the Thursday prior due to paperwork on delivery side didn't show white glove service with removal and had rescheduled to Saturday. I had been assured on Friday when confirming delivery time that removal was on order. So, in closing I want to thank **** , Jose and Julio for making a paperwork error go away and fulfilling the contract I had. By the way, I love the mattress it is so comfortable that I fall asleep as soon as I get all snuggled in my bed.

Comfortable and supportive
I find the mattress very comfortable for the price. I have back problems and find it very supportive without being too firm or too soft. I'm a side sleeper and overall sleep very comfortably on this mattress. I had issues with the delivery, but Overstock customer service was very helpful. I'm happy with this purchase.
