Perfect for my space
So this is not what I would like to call a Thanksgiving dinner table but it's a perfect table for studio and one bedroom apartments in the city with limited dining space. You can comfortably fit 4 chair around it or put the leafs down and use it as a desk during the day. It is a wee bit shaky, I noticed when my kitty jumped up on it. But sturdy enough for people with proper manners who don't put elbows on the table. I definitely wouldn't put too much pressure on the fold out leafs but for everyday dining it is perfect. I paired this table (natural/white) with my white Eames chairs and it doesn't look cheap compared to the designer furniture at all. So easy to assemble; took about twenty minutes. If you've got a smaller space or you just want an occasional use table it is perfect. If you have frequent dinner parties, heavy flatware, and want to put a whole ham on the edge of the table, no this is not the table for you.
Love this table. Bought it to replace one that was too small in my kitchen. The white background on the top glass is stunning. I paid a lot more for one that was custom made for my house. The cabriole legs give it a lot of style. Warning -- you need patience and a helper to put this together because the glass is heavy and fragile. Worth it in the end.
We were looking for a small country-style table for a very small area that we had set aside for our meals. Being only the wife and I, we knew exactly what we were looking for. This table is perfect. It was easy to assemble, looks wonderful and the leaf extends and is solid, perfect for adding another person (our son or my mother). This table is exactly what we were looking for, and while price was really no object, we were delighted to find the design we were looking for at such a reasonable price. We highly recommend this table either as an accent, or for those who have limited space for a small dinette. Thank You!
