I bought two of these desks four years ago for my basement office. They are very well made and are in constant use with no issues. The glass doesn't scratch and they don't overwhelm the room like a wood desk would. Years ago I also bought one for my son's college apt. It is great in a space where you don't want a heavy looking desk.
