  • tone and color inconsistant...two did not match
    Verified Purchase

I ordered two of these tables -- did not match well with each other. Drawers fall out with slightest pull (nothing to keep them in or on track). Wood is almost like cardboard.

  • Cheap with stupid drawers
    Verified Purchase

Looks great online, decent price, but WOAH was I surprised when I took it out of the box! Very cheaply made, drawers are not smooth when you pull them out...they don't even stay level, they drop to a slant towards the floor...very annoying. Who wants to pull out a drawer at a slant?! Drawers are supposed to pull out straight & stay straight. Wood is cheap, metal is cheap & I see now that this item is actually overpriced! On the upside, Overstock handled the return seamlessly & within 48 hrs. of shipping the table back I had a refund to my overstock account. If you agree to get the entire amount refunded to your O account they do not charge any fees for the return.

  • Nice nightstand

I was a little worry when I purchased this nightstand. Boy, I am glad I bought this one. I immediately checked the stand when I received it and found no issue at all ! It is not too heavy (around 25 lbs I guess), but is very sturdy and seems well build. I really like the details of its leather and brass handles. The five drawers provide enough storage space for me. Its style and color perfectly match with my bed room setting.

  • Night-mare stand.
    Verified Purchase

Wow, can looks be deceiving! I was thrilled to see this nightstand for sale. I had been looking for one that had some nice lines and features instead of the old standard nightstand. When I received the boxes via FedEx, there was evident water damage to the styrofoam corner protectors, mold actually. Then the entire construct of the unit was what we in the States would refer to as paneling. A piece was broken off the back and the simulated piping accent up the front didn't even make it to the top. It's as though the piece was too short and they said, "Ah screw it, good enough." As well, the stand had obviously been dropped on one corner. That's because the styrofoam corner protectors had been cut. Not sure why. I implore overstock to pull this product from their line-up. It's made out of paneling and glue and staples. Do not be deceived into thinking this is at all a usable piece of furniture. Maybe it can be used as a stage prop, but only if the scene requires smashing it to bits. I bought two and obviously didn't bother opening the second one. :-(
