Very thin. After washing on gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent, as directed on the label, these placemats have some splotchy fading in some spots. Dried flat, they curl up on the edges and will have to be ironed. Also came with some loose threads in the middle and around the edges. I will not order from Bed Bath and Beyond again.
Nice placemats and large enough for my plate and drink. Easy to use and cleanup was nice. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks.
please just look like they were old. I don't know if it was the material or the color but they were all wrinkly and possibly worse than any placemat. I have seen at ***** or **** state job lot that's how cheap they looked
Three of the set are as pictured. However, three were very poor quality. They appeared to be something from a thrift store bargain lot. Quality control did not exist with this order. I am returning them.
I bought 2 sets. One mat has two obvious slubs in the middle. Washed them on gentle cycle before using and dried on low heat. Now the mats are curled on the edges and on the seam ends and the seam ends are fraying. They do not lay flat. Poor quality. I would not buy them again. In fact, I will try to return them.
Love these placemats! I got.them for my table, but since there were six, I am using two of them on the arms of my light beige recliner to keep off stains. The material is flexible and matches my chair. I am so happy with them. Would purchase in other colors.
Clean, unassuming look. Washed well but shrunk a bit despite laying flat to dry. So far they haven't stained permanently. Protects my wood table nicely.
These place mats are attractive and functional. I love that they're machine washable. I haven't wasted them yet, though, Finger's crossed that they hold up nicely.
I bought these placemats for my daughter and son-in-law. They have a modern farmhouse theme and a very neutral color scheme. The texture of these placemats adds a nice touch to the smoothness of their white china, which pops against this color! Great quality! I always Scotch Guard our placemats and have done these as well! They last so much longer this way!
Perfect for my holiday table!
