Great bamboo cutting board with groove to catch juices, hefty & solid. Bamboo is harder than most wood & plastic boards, which makes for less deep scratches that can harbor bacteria, while not dulling knives like marble/stone/glass/slate boards. And it has antibacterial properties naturally, which is why pesticides are not needed for cultivation. What's not to luv! Wash with soapy water but never let Soak. Just oil lightly with olive/avocado/oil of your choice before 1st use & as needed whenever it looks dry to have it last Forever!
These boards are great. I love the variety of sizes and colors. There's a board for meats, vegetables and fruits so there is no cross contamination. Clean up easily.
