I haven't used them enough to know how they hold up to sharp knives and moisture. Im not sure about the "curing" of the cutting board and how well it will do with meats...?
I have to say I was surprised to see the cutting boards were all different sizes which makes it so you get a small one for cutting bricks of cheese etc. I’m very pleased with this purchase
This is a great cutting board. It is large, solid, heavy (but not too heavy, it can easily be lifted to slide off ingredients) and looks great in my kitchen! I highly recommend!
