You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund. SPECIAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: Once the seller approves the returns request, they will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization. The Seller cannot accept returns for used items. Very light-weight patio set
Very frustrating to assemble--took 2 days of intense effort and tenacity to get this together--holes for screws do not line up & some screws missing. The cover material for the cushions is very sleazy and cushions are much too thin. I hope it lasts the season, and none of the pieces buckle under the weight of a normal sized adult. Definitely do not recommend if you have overweight family or friends.

Carless Packaging and Horrible Follow Up
We received our patio set on June 26th and the box was ripped in 3 areas. The plastic bag containing the hardware (screws, bolts and such to assemble furniture) was torn and we only had a fraction of pieces. I immediately called to have a new set of hardware pieces sent to us asap. We still have not received the hardware. Today is July 12th. My husband had to go to a hardware store to buy the necessary pieces to assemble the set. Also, when assembling the set, the holes did not line up accordingly, just as another person mentions in the reviews. The delivery, assembly and follow-up for this item is a disgrace to good business protocol.

Don't waste your time or money
I bought this to hold me over for a year or so before I could get a decent set. It arrived in a box that was falling apart, none of the holes lined up when trying to assemble, and the screws were stripped within a few turns. Its very cheap, looks terrible and I didn't even both putting the chairs together because I knew they would be just as bad as the sofa. Don't waste your time or money, I'm so disappointed that I did and will prob end up tossing the entire thing in the dumpster by the end of the week, its embarrassing to even see it on my patio.

Ratan set
The set is great ,I love it it's perfect in my gazebo, added throw pillows it's comfortable. The only thing we didn't receive was the hardware, had to wait 7-10bus.days 😞

Instructions are TERRIBLE! Cheap hardware.
I buy online, self assembly items all the time and this rates towards the bottom. The bolts are so cheap they strip immediately which is tough since the furniture doesn't perfectly align after it sits in a box for awhile. Make sure you buy a bottle of wine to calm your nerves during this installation.

Many parts and took me a lot of time to put together- instructions not that great and box was VERY beat up but the items are nice!

I ordered the item about a year ago. We had some pretty bad storms during the winter and they weren't damaged. The fabric is machine washable.
