After one season of use, the table top finish flaked off, and I had it covered for the winter. When contacting customer care to discuss the issue, they did ZERO to help me. I will NEVER buy anything from Overstock again.

Good quality for the price.
The patio chairs were wrapped well in bubble wrap and there was no damage. The 6 chairs came in 3 boxes and the table came in it's own box. All arrived at the same time. The directions for assembling the chairs were clear, but it was a bit of a Chinese puzzle at first. Then it got easier. The hardest part is getting the screws lined up so they will go in. Each chair requires 10 screws. Be sure to leave them loose until all are in, then tighten. The chairs are firm but comfortable enough for sitting up to the table. A large person might find them a bit narrow. The table assembly is straight forward. One set of holes was too narrow for the bolts, but enlarging with a drill easily resolved that issue. 4 chairs easily fit on the sides, but you can put 2 more chairs on each end if necessary. That would be tight. I'm very happy with how it looks on the patio. The wood top is very nice looking. We did get a cover to protect the wood from the elements and also put a tarp under the cover for extra protection.

Terrible stain applied, it is possible that this is a modified pressed wood that will swell with moisture. Stain began to degrade day 2... and continues. No support As many are quick to write bad reviews, I will admit guilt. I do not retract the fact that the product is sub par, but CUSTOMER SUPPORT did their best to satisfy me regarding the issue moving forward.
