many years ago I bought the Fireplace, still have it.
The quality is good. It looks great! I'm so glad it came with a remote. My only complaint is that there seem to to have been a step missing from the directions, so it took me a while longer to put it together. Otherwise, it was easy to put together. I am 68 and put it together by myself.
Well it looks beautiful in my living room! There were a few hiccups though. A piece of molding was chipped off, had a problem with a nail that was through one of the dowel holes and had to be drilled out, the holes for the dowels were a bit larger than they should have been. Quality control was asleep. But luckily my husband is very handy. For the most part I'm very pleased with my purchase. The heater works beautifully!
You have to put together, but not bad to do. Looks great and works great. Like it a lot. Nice to have remote control and timer to shut it off to go to sleep.
I've had this fireplace for years and it has been perfect. Has moved with us through several houses and has never had any issues. I even ended up painting it with chalk paint to match my decor and loved it even more.
The fireplace is good quality, as pictured. I'm enjoying the ambiance of a fire during cool nights, without the mess or work. Quick and easy to assemble
This electric fireplace is beautiful. After assembly the top still pulls off easily, but that is not a deal breaker for me. Works flawlessly and is a perfect addition to the man cave! I would recommend it.
Although we had some shippings issues with UPS, and a lost box, we are very pleased with this fireplace. Assembly was easy (though there were some pieces of hardware missing we were able to supply our own and do a work around). We did not glue the dowels, but if I were doing this again, I would. It runs quietly and is effective at taking the chill off of a nice fall evening.
This broke while trying to put it together. Something this expensive should be sturdier. I was able to figure out a way to still put it together but instructions are horrible! Definitely use glue with all the dowels.
This exceeded my expectations beyond words. I was concerned it would be a bit dinky for the price. It is absolutely not. Very nice quality, heavy wood with a beautiful finish. I put it together with my 4 year old and it was not difficult at all. It is truly beautiful!
