Love, love, love this fireplace. The cream color is so pretty an soft looking. Is just beautiful in my pink an cream colored bedroom. Puts out alot of heat , makes my room so warm an cozy. Love that it has a timer you can set for hours if you choose to.
I hired a handyman to assemble this fireplace. He had to shim the bottom because my floor was very uneven. It came out great. The flames look good and it produces heat which I needed in that space.
Absolutely beautiful. Easy to put together. I have used it in many different rooms and it looks good anywhere. Always easy to decorate for any holiday

Nice fireplace, the thermostat works well to keep the room at a comfortable temp. We had to improvise on one of the side panels as it arrived with 1 side panel as a duplicate so had to make a supplemental spoort to get the panel to fit but opted to do that rather than wait for a replacement part.

This is the 2nd one that I have purchased! It's beautiful and I get lot's of compliments. It actually warms up my bedroom. Love the remote control, its great when you want to turn it down in the middle of the night when the room gets too toasty. Bonus is the timer which can turn off up to 9 hours.
