I was hoping for a darker color, but the lighter gray chairs are very attractive and smaller scale which is what I was going for. They were simple to assemble and I find them very comfortable. The cushion is very firm, not hard. Perfect for me.

I ordered two of these for my living room. These are firm but comfortable. They go really nice with my farm house look. I have three cats and they did manage to scratch them however I was able to cut the loose fiber threads off and you can't even tell. Due to the tweed like fabric I think these will hold up.
