These chairs are very pretty and comfortable to sit on. However, I cannot recommend them because the fake wood that they are made from is poorly constructed and peels off very easily. After only owning these bar stool for a few days, wood pieces on the foot bar began to flake off in large pieces. We were not rough with them or did anything unusual besides sit on them. I am not going to send them back because they have been put together, and it would be a hassle at this point to return them, but I am very disappointing for the price I paid for them. I have a feeling I will end up replacing them within the year with something made of better quality. Save your money.

These chairs are actually pretty terrible for the price. We put them together sat in them once and each chair has the fake wood flaking off around the foot portion. If you step on it to sit in the chair, have your foot on the rail and get that corner just right it peels off like an orange or even just adjust a little. I have only had these for a week and they are already getting trashed. Are we are not hard on things we don't have kids or anything. Just not ideal to use but they are beautiful to look at.

Great Sturdy Stools! Easy to put together. They arrived within a week, and were packed very well! I ordered 4 of them in the light grey and they look great in my new kitchen. The light grey fabric has a texture of light & dark grey which go great with my countertops. They're comfortable and the perfect height for my counter island. I sprayed them with scotchguard to protect the fabric.

24" Too thick for a bar stool
Overall beautiful piece but the 24" was too thick and looked like a chair rather than a bar stool.

After painstakingly assembling these stools (we bought 6 of them), I noticed a sign on the bottom of the furniture, indicating that the wood has cancer-causing formaldehyde. Can also cause birth-defects and impact fertility. Not quite sure what the *** to do with these stools now. I certainly don't want my family exposed to this dangerous and damaging chemical that apparently is "off-gassing" in my kitchen.
