The former Revere pan had hot spots and I was forever cleaning burnt food from the bottom of it. This Anolon pan does a great job in all respects and it is very easy to clean and I like EASY. I have made another adjustment in my cooking though: I have lowered the heat, but it is still nice to have a high quality pan to cook with.
I have had revere ware for years my grandmother had these when I was little so I bought the same kind knowing they last forever. I've tried the latest fad newest thing a few times and always go back to using old faithful. So when my oldest moved to college I got here these too.
I have a larger Revere saucepan that I have used for years and is still in great shape. I like having this smaller pan for sauces, cooking eggs, and soups. I strongly recommend this brand.
