I have used this pan often since I have got it. My other cookware is all clad, which has additional metal on the bottom. Maybe for even heating or something. I thought this would too, but the bottom is just the same thickness and materials as the rest of the outside of the pan. Still makes great French toast, etc. The size saves me a lot of time during the busy holiday season.
These pans are so nice for the money. I had stainless years ago and then I changed to Circulon anodized cookware. They lasted about 10 yrs. but, have started chipping. This set of Cooks pans are wonderful and I'm happy to have stainless cookware.
