It serves it's purpose. I gave it a 4 because I find it difficult to simmer. I have to keep adjusting the burner. Also, I would like to clean under the burners without unscrewing them.
Love my induction double cook top . Only problem I have is that with one burner on you get 1800 watts, with both burners on you get 900 watts each. That is mot sufficient for boiling one pot and frying in another. Buy two separate cook tops.
I needed a portable burner range for my sons apartment that doesnt have a stove. The unit takes up minimal room. It worked great first time trying it. Easily stored away (after it cooled off!). I'll be getting another for myself to have extra burners come next holiday cooking time!
I was previously using a single induction cooktop - this is way better because you can cook two things at once. I did not realize when purchasing it that the small burner only gets to half the heat as the large burner - but that is okay as long as you are only using it to warm things.
