The top printed fabric did not shrink but the thick part which is the backing has shrunk so much that the top fabric is extremely loose . The store should not carry this particular product!!Its a ripoff,
Similar items are great but this pattern abd print quality didn't look very nice in my opinion. We had to opt for another style which we really like.
While I believe this World Modern Contemporary Lines, 3'3"x5' , Machine Washable, Ivory Area Rug could fit in many styles...I absolutely LOVE it in our MCM style home! Nice and soft, not shag but still thick. It's still settling, but looks amazing. Well made, all stitching is tight and nothing is loos. It is super cute and feels nice on my feet...always important when getting a rug! I think this size looks perfect in the hall!
I was looking for a rug I could wash on my own without a carpet cleaner. These rugs easily wash in your washing machine without breaking your washer. That is a major upside with dogs that bring in red clay daily on their paws. Downside, I didn't realize it would feel and look more like an outside rug because there is no napp so you can wash it. There are also no grips on the bottom so you need a rug tape to keep it down. It does look like the picture showed, so that was nice. I just expected it to feel different.
This runner is exactly what I expected. Great color, softness, and quality. Put I down my staircase. Everyone loves it. Going to buy the same rug only in a large size.
I love this rug, it doesn't roll up at the ends and I can throw it into the washer. No trips or snags.
