The insert is EPA and CSA certified to burn with 86% efficiency, providing 50,000 BTU tested output to heat up to 2,800+ square feet of space. The ceramic glass front with Air-Wash system ensures a clear view of the fire. Note that there is no ash pan included, but an ash vacuum is provided. Measures 25 inches wide x 28 inches deep x 34 inches high.
