Incompatible parts, impossible to build

I love the look of this bed frame, but it arrived with missing parts and one of the posts is incorrectly made. The holes weren't cut out where the support goes. I've submitted missing part tickets and called customer service, but have not heard about whether they'll send me the new parts or refund me. I'm also not able to return this because of the tight packaging when we opened it. I don't recommend this frame!
